The times on this form only need to be changed in order to configure individual resources to be available for less time than scheduled business hours.

This is also where any scheduled blackout dates and times for individual procedures can be entered.

• Blackouts entered for equipment will be displayed on the Appointment Sheet.  For example, YAG room is not available on 4/10/2019 because the equipment is broken. The user would see this reason on the Appointment Sheet.
• When blackouts are entered for Physicians or Equipment, HST Practice Management will prevent scheduling them during those dates and times.
